"Gossip" is what happens when someone repeats 3rd party comments that they have no 1st hand knowledge of. None of what i posted is "gossip" since it was all specific to my 1st hand experiences.
I think the fact we've seperated here is an old put true one. There will always be individuals who have an agenda of some kind. Since all your doing is attacking the messenger that means the message itself is distressing to you. Which leads me to believe that your "protecting" other interests.
This just goes to prove my point above. Drama creates instability and instability is dangerous for a hobbiest. You rarely if ever even see any of the "top 50" gals post here except for a factual post like sedona's or a greeting like Pipers to JK. Hell last time I looked JK hadnt even responded here. No need, no time no interest...
Its really pretty easy, the top gals are making money and the others are making noise.
I rarely comment on drama much anymore but in this case I think the record should be set straight. I happen to be a former "boardroom" (which doesnt exist anymore) member so my comments here are 1st hand and from personal knowledge.
1) The boardroom never tried to "fix" the market or control rates. It did share back channel information and many gals did offer "VIP" or grandfathered rates to members. The boardroom existed prior to TER and all that happened is some information became more widely avialable.
2) Pricing in a free market economy cant be controlled by any faction. However the boardroom did actually help to keep session prices down since there were alot of options at favorable rates. The flip side is that the group took any problems seriously and multiple guys were kicked out for abuse, non payment or other issues.
Many of the current top indies were significantly helped along by the group as a whole and individual members. I wont speak for anyone else but I'll recount to personal stories here.
In spring of 2003 I happened to see a wonderful indie with whom I had a great time (at "full price"). I posted a wonderful review and stayed in touch but also explained that I was seeing an ATF every week at a "VIP" rate and it would be unfair to her (and uncomfortable to me) to see her at a higher rate. This was not an attempt to get her to lower her rate just honest 411 that helped explain why I didnt repeat.
Later in the dog days of summer this indie ran a public "special". I immediately called her and we talked. I told her I felt it was bad business to run a public special and offered help. I told her I was well connected and could get her plenty of business at a mutually agreeable rate that would be recognized as a one time "get to know me rate" from hobbiests who were gentlemen, personally screened by me and also well connected. for the record I introduced her to a significant number of friends and never even saw her at the reduced rate let alone for free. It was all about helping a great gal who just needed a little boost to get where she'd eventualy end up anyway. You all know her today as Isabella Amore.
I also got a call back then from a gal who was an indie when I met her and working for an agency when she called. She was having "issues" and wanted to talk and "see me" (I had baby sat her son for her). She got a hotel room and she literally spent 90 minuste crying on my chest (we were both clothed) before falling asleep. I called the agency owner (a friend) and another very good friend of hers to let them know were she was and put her phone by her ear locked the door and left...BTW I left her a normal "session fee" as well.
Now I was best known for my relationship with a well known and retired indie. When I 1st met her she was living with a room mate in a "rat trap" apartment working nightshift for 12 bucks an hour. When we parted ways she was living in a $1400 gated scotsdale apartment with hardwood floors. There is no doubt in my mind that I got the better end of our "relationship" but the flip side is that when she got locked up for a DUI I was the guy (or one of them) who helped "cover it up". I was the one who was there when she got out and needed some genuine affection. I was there when she was so screwed up she couldnt make the payment on her incall. That would go to her apartment and check on her after she slept thru our appointment just to make sure she was alive (and give her a hug and kiss, tell her I'd be pissed tomorrow but right now I'm just happy your alive).
The simple truth is that the boardroom was just a bunch of guys...most of whom genuinely loved women and did alot more good then bad. I know 1st hand of free legal advice, doctors advice and literally thousands of dollars of financial assistance. That doesnt mean it was without flaw or that some individuals didnt act inappropriately.

I removed the link to backpage by request. As a further side note I also happen to be a former Dave's list member...hell I was active back on the alt.user groups all "this" sprang from. I likve Dave and think all in all he did a good job before he went commercial/dogooder. But I know 1st hand that he's worked his angles as well.
The bottom line here is simple, hobbiests benifit by the free flow of information in a free market system. The more impediments there are to this 411 the worse off the hobbiest is. All a hobbiest wants to do is spend money, the drama comes from attempts to control WHERE that money is spent. You'll notice that the successful providers dont bother with drama, they dont have the time or the interest.
The more drama you see the more "aware" you should be...just my opinion.

I witnessed on here an attack to a recent visitor ad. The attack was from one of your local ladies and in comparison, with less than stellar reviews. (Just stating the facts here). She claims the visiting lady is a scam, and one of your local men was shilling for her.
By several means, daily, she continues to harass this provider.
What I don't understand is, boardroom or no boardroom, this provider seems to attack anyone a certain ter member posts under, whether he has seen her or not.
Chasing providers away from visiting your town, is not something I would be too happy about if I were you guys.
In my opinion, she should be banned. Harassing, intimidation and starting long drawn out threads, to in my opinion, is a negative on any girl.
Is she going to get away with doing this to every provider who desires to visit your town? Is she driving the visiting ladies away? It seems this is the case.
I would not blame the board members. I would set blame on the attacker who started the assault in the first place.

simply to at least partially correct some obvious falsehoods. I can think of alot of much more serious "transgressions".
I'll give 1 example, a provider suffered a heart wrenching and very real loss "way back when". The community raised alot of money to deal with very real bills and issues. Afterward so much money had been raised that the provider actually used the "extra" money to buy a new convertable with it. I never said a word, but personally I always felt that the "extra" shold have been passed on to a suitable charity for use in the spirit it was intended.
As I mentioned above my personal advice to any hobbiest is to take excessive drama as a very real red flag. There are way to many easily documentable stories of instability leading to very real problems for hobbiests that get caught up in it.
Gals like the one you mention (whoever she is) ahould be avoided for waht they are...an incurable STD.
In my opinion when you post accusations as vile and nasty as you have and use a alias to do so you should be banned.

Everything I said is well known and easily verifiable. Isabella is mentioned and that story is well known by many here.
As for the others, well my ATF was well known here and her apartment was later an incall for her and another former ATF of mine. Again many know her story and at least a portion of "ours" such as it was. I could give out her real name but that would be a breach of confidence.
As for the 3rd her son's name is Chance and her real name was Rachel and I hope both are well...
It seems the only one out to cause "pain" is you.
Since alot of people actually can but all this together as 100% fact what your doing is simply showing your interst in someone elses "issues"...so be it.
