They might have been related to a gal at the local gas station the other night.  After putting the nozzle in the tank filler, she stood right there and lit a cigarette with a flic of her bic!!  All of us inside ran for cover and the attendant quickly hit the emergency shut-off switch!  Talk about "DUH!"
