The way I read it, Monday's in January shall be mobile Monday, and admin will change the theme and day each month. Maybe next month will be tittie Tuesday or pink taco Thursday. I'm sure they will post it at the beginning of the month.
A provider is supposed to start the thread. My guess is mobile Monday means selfies, but that is sort of vague. Probably they'd like to see participation and wouldn't take something down unless it was really lame This is all sort of speculation from me.
