I'm the same way!! There are two apps I downloaded that find all the recurring billing you are paying for so you can cancel subscriptions etc. I wasn't catching a lot of them because they were less than $50 each. Some were less than $10.

I had a little over $500/month of recurring billing: old gym memberships (LA Fitness, Independence Gym, OrangeTheory, 24hr Fitness, and Mountainside), various news publications, streaming video subscriptions (I was paying for Showtime & HBO upgrades on Hulu, Amazon, and separately...So each of them x3!!)

The two apps I used are Clarity Money & Albert. * You do have to give them your bank account info so they can track the activity...but after three months (once I felt comfortable I had identified all the recurring billing stuff) I removed my bank info and deleted/cancelled my account and deleted the apps.
