If a hobbyist had a medical condition.... lets say  a recent heart attack on sunday, but all the tests came back, no blockage, good muscle, negative bloodwork,   the question is

Would providers want to know this? or if they knew their performance being more subdued is that taking away from the fantasy? interested in reading some replies

only you would know if its something serious enough to discuss. If so puting it in an email is best.

If you recently had a serious scare, such as a heart attack, I would want it out in the open so as not to block the flow of sexual energy. What I mean is... If you have something significant on your mind and you are trying to suppress it, sexually, that usually doesn't work. You'll be in your head instead of in your body.

The other reason I would want to know is if something goes wrong and you pass out or grab your chest. My response to call 911 is going to be quicker knowing you recently had a heart attack.

In my opinion, medical conditions don't take away from the fantasy of an experience. I would also expect my partner to "regulate" the strenuousness of our time together. If we need to slow down, please say so.

Just as Gina Marie said - better to know ahead of time.  I've had the pleasure of having women take my breath away - in a good way! - but sure would want them to know of my heart history just in case!

And while we're on this subject ..... just in case I do "go out with a smile" while enjoying the pleasure of your company ...... I do encourage you to attend the wake so you can tell the other ladies "I was the one"!  And don't be shy about handing out your business cards to my cousins.  LMAO

Are we on the same wave length or what!!! Right on AGAIN!!

Hellozona...keep asking these probing questions!! I will just Jeffe answer for the both of us. LOL

A client of mine died during a session of a heart attack..   not with me, but the circumstances that his family had to deal with were horrendous.

If a gent JUST had a heart attack I would prefer not to see them until at least six weeks after.  I am no medical professional (and no, I've not read any of the other responses - so I may be repetitive here), but I am not sure if it wise to engage in such cardio activity so quickly.

I have been known to ask older gents if they are on certain types of medication.  I do know CPR & would know how to react in an emergency situation.

just my opinion though

I would have to agree with Gina Marie 100%.
And medical conditions don't take away from the fantasy of an experience at all.
If anything it can add to it , especially if I can put my Sexy Little Hot Nurse Outfit on and play the fantasy role of your nurse , that is always fun and soooo Hot with a partner who can really get into it and play the role of the patient.
Now tell the nurse " Where does it hurt Baby  ? "

wanted me to take it easy on them and go slow?  Or if something happened I would know to call 911 and why.
