All have earned excellent reputations. "Mama Rose" (Rose Garden) is also great but I dont know what her current lineup is (Gianna is a doll BTW). As a general rule anything you see on Phoenix 411 is trustworthy (not that everything else is automatically bad).

For years, the link below has been the No. 1 reference for the Valley.  Admittedly, not all of the reputable independents are necessary listed.  But the agencies listed are all reputable and I personally wouldn't use any agency not on this site!  JMO!!

yes, i have worked at almost every agency except for tlc, and i would have loved to try working with taylor- i only hear good things about her and enjoy her conversation. i was looking for somewhere better than where i started and by better, i mean, more considerate and less headgames. Good agencies exist. Some fall at the hands of sabatoge. I love to be idealistic, but in this "dog-eat-dog" world, the ruthless usually make it to the top, for too long. One important factor that gets lost in all the deception that goes on in some agencies is this: THE GIRLS DO NOT WORK FOR THE AGENCIES, THE AGENCIES WORK FOR THEM. Jack follows this motto and so, receives alot of respect in my book. Its contract labor. The girls work, the agencies find them work and recieve a percentage of the profit. Yet many are fearful of displeasing their "bosses" (but they don't realize they don't really have a boss) and have been forced to work sick or else incur fines that rack up quick in a day- easily a grand or more on a day missed is the amount of debt she'll owe to her "boss" (but really he's her employees cuz their paycheck comes straight from her). It wasn't always this way. I doubt it will remain this way. Clients are figuring out what goes on behind the scenes. Girls talk. They go independent. And a new set of victims is recruited. I love what I do. I just don't want to be in an environment that operates like a dog obedience school. You know who you are.

You have a great mind for business. Thanks for the insite. Assuming the "I love what I do" is also true I will have to contract you for labor. I have also had great luck with TLC and 411.

LadyAudrey hit it on the nose. Most of the agencies are legit, one that she worked for empolyes less than "honest ladies" they know who they are. Overall stick with the indies, they will not let you down!!! If you need more info, just PM me

Would "less than honest" kind of be like how you outed XXXXX to her family, her job, her childs school, and her work?

Would "less than honest" be you feeling bitter and vindictive because you attempted to see a lady outside the agency hoping for a long term personal relationship that just didn't work out?

Would "less than honest" include you texting me those not so pleasant messages about my race?

Yes sweetg23 I know who you are and what you have been doing.

I am curious though, at what point does it becomes the agencies fault when you are seeing one of the providers they work with outside the agency and it doesn't work for you especially when you have her quit the agency and all of the issues you had with her happened while she was an indy?

I will add this: for all my complaints there were things about the agency that I loved and still miss. There's nothing like being part of a team, a group that shares in fun, discussions, is comfortable enough to joke and banter with each other. Someone that has your back. People that help motivate and give advice when the world goes awry. Sometimes these things get lost in the effort to gain financial success, but sometimes that focus was put 2nd and we did have fun and liked each other. I wish there was a happy medium in the last few months of where i worked but things are circumstantial and who's to say that is a permanent state for things to remain in? I won't. Being independent is best for me, personally, and was necessary. Maybe we were too close for comfort to see one another clearly. But at the end of any unresolved issues we have, I still miss you guys and all the girls.
