Phoenix charges Project Rose protester with "manifestation" of prostitution

Wow this is how desperate Phoenix is getting for arrests. A Project Rose protester was cited and in Court today based on the Phoenix prostitution code vs the usual arrests under State prostitution law.

Article IV of Phoenix Code "Offenses involving morals"
Div 1 - Prostitution and Fornication
Sec 23-52 Section 3 and 4 includes "aids or abets" prostitution and in a public place or in a car on a public roadway "manifests" a prostitution violation by engaging passerby in conversation etc. Even includes if asks a person if they are a police officer that is a "manifestation" of prostitution.

Municipal Courts only handle Class 1 misdemeanors (not higher) but prostitution whether under State or city code carries the maximum 15 days in jail on 1st conviction.

Next they will accuse us with consorting with Satan and burning us at the stake. That's about how primitive our justice system seems to be. I really wish our legal system would stay out of my vagina. I don't understand why their fixation with what I do with my vagina is relevant. If I want to shoot cucumbers out of my vagina, I should be allowed to do so. If I want to put someone's private part in my butt, I don't think I am an outlaw. Butt piracy amongst two consenting pillagers should be their own business. If I wish to have a naked powwow and have ceremonial sex with twenty men/women, I think I should be able to do so without the legal justice system defining the nature of my affairs. I have no interest in minors, no interest in animals, no interest in harming anyone, I don't cooperate with parasitic pimps, I am not coerced to be naughty against my will... so what's up??? I understand going after the predatory element of our business. I am even willing to contact the appropriate authorities if I believe someone (including Fido or Billy the donkey) is in my trade unwilfully or under consenting age. I would like to not be so concerned for my own freedom that I am afraid to come forward.

What the hell is "Manifestation"? Sounds like "Demonic Possession"! The only demon they are going to get out of me is a horny little devil!

Well said, Sedona ... as always. As long as the State believes it has ownership interest in both your body and mind, it will invariably seek to control both through its mandate of "morality." And the hypocrisy of it all is overwhelming, as you so very well know. Aargh!
