I've never been to a Crossfit place, but I understand it is a group workout type thing. It's supposedly pretty strenuous.

I have attended a Boot Camp type workout. The one I attended was on Cave Creek north of the 101. It was called RockStar boot camp. I thought it provided a pretty good workout.
