Might have them check with the hosting company. My main host company did dns and other updates back end updates which took my site and some clients down for a bit a week or two ago.

...they would respond to one of my many emails that I have sent them...UGH!  So frustrating.  I keep getting calls from gents saying "do you know your site is down?"  I KNOW ALREADY...LOL.

Hopefully at some point tomorrow I will know what's going on and it will be back on line...wish me luck.
