I feel compelled to give credit to mystique for a job well done. I was pleased to have Gwen visit with me last night (wow, what a fun lady) and we first met at a bar (my place can sometimes be difficult to find). She had just ordered a drink. So, I stayed and had a drink with her. That took 20 minutes approx. Went back to my place, poured a glass of Pine Ridge (yum) and adjourned to my quarters. I decided to have her stay for an additional half hour. Mystique looked at the entire elapsed time and adjusted it so the 20 minutes at the bar was erased and they padded the additional half hour so that we did not have to rush going into the next session. IMO, that is super service. Thanks guys. And Gwen, you are awesome. Wow!!!

Jack and Danny have always handled things in a very customer friendly manner. Very much like "having a friend in the business"...

I agree with you hacker costomer service is the best advertisement there is,and Jack and Danny do it soooo well
