Looks like it said it has a license number. I remember Davephx reported that no license numbers have been issued but it looks like one has it now. Not sure about the Phoenix code, but I remember the Scottsdale code required them to log the ID of each client. But that clients can be under 18 if a parent signs a form to see an escort.
That was a few years ago that none had been issued. I have no idea currently, although I believe all applications are public records (another reason few applied) It's an Arizona State requirement with detailed logs, ID, where went etc and of course anything sexual would be illegal. Under State law a civil licensing issue. However, each city can pass more restrictive as in Scottsdale where its criminal vs civil.
They post the right Phoenix code sections. If anything sexual occurs for a "fee arrangement' risk criminal enterprise felonies for all workers and anyone affiliated like phone person etc. Like all the other agencies that have been busted in Phoenix or closed years ago. This is why the current 9th Circuit case is so critical and needs support as i discuss in the legal corner.
