With all the attention given to the Jodi Arias trial, are some of you nervous about the fact that LE was able to retrieve texts sent 4 yrs ago?  
Did you know that was possible?

some cell companies keep them trunked for up to  five years and with a court order
you can have them.

It's certainly enough to make you think about what you're putting into a text message. I would imagine that some old text messages have been brought up in some divorce cases too.

There is little to no electronic communication that cannot be somehow traced if the will and resources are available. Heck, if the head of the CIA can get caught.....
