I'd say you actually stimulate their production!

They relax muscle and relieve stress, loosen tongues and lips, cause you to say things you wouldn't, couldn't at any other time.

How do you stop their effect? Can you stop their effect? I don't think so, at least I've never been able to, so I shift, redirect, flip a few switches, reroute them, disconnect the direct link from brain to vocal cords normally opened by a flood of sexually released endorphins, shunt them onto a side rail that leads to my arms and legs. Hugs follow.

Hugs, desparate, wanting, needing, saying the things physically that cannot, will not be said verbally.

A few endorphins still manage to get on the verbal track, tickle my vocal cords, cause my lips to part and my tongue to yammer, but all that comes out of my mouth is rambling; about work and people and deep, dark secrets that few know, followed by bad jokes.
