Thanks for posting but the news from that story is:

"Yet despite all the names, addresses and information, none of these "johns" will be arrested or face any criminal action, according to police"

So even if your name is on the list, no worries.  Besides statue runs out next week.

It doesn't matter anyway.  Just because your name is on their list it does not prove anything.  You are just a name on a list.  They have no proof of anything to charge any of these people.  They have to have you on video, audio, or email/IM soliciting for a particular sex act and you have to make an overt action (such as meeting the person).  If your name is on the list, how can they prove that it was actually that person named on the list and how can they prove that person actually solicited anyone?  If your name is on the list, you can just say someone used my name and/or credit card.  How can they prove otherwise?  What they use these list for in the past is to threaten public exposure in order to get the guy on the list to testify against the agency.  They lay down a lot of threats, but they don't have the proof to back any of them up.  A lot of guys crumble under this pressure and give a statement and/or testify.  They seek out the ones that have a lot to lose if it becomes public and go after them with the baseless threats.

I mean here we are, dozens of providers are busted, their lives disrupted, all because they were providing a service to the gentlemen (cough) who wanted these services.

Of course the clues to this duplicitous behavior are easy to see... high profile people with high-PAYING jobs like bank presidents, doctors, and oh yes... the owner of a professional baseball team. Not likely any of these individuals has any pull with politicians whatsoever.

There's a fucking reason the LEO's who have engorged themselves over this bust see no reason to prosecute any of the "johns". Using phoney names MY ASS!!! What the fuck happened to the extreme screening used by so many providers and agencies? out the fucking window? This is the 18 minute gap they do not want to explain. (dont recognize the reference? brush up on your Watergate history)

It's all a crock of bullshit. Once again, the wealthy and well-connected get away with everything, while those who do not have the benefit of high profile big money connections are left to wallow in the squalor of Big Money's Mess.

Reminds me of Wall Street. Or Pennsylvania Avenue.

I didn't express any of what my opinion is on this except what I felt was an important point of this list being released AGAIN (and this time with comments) and that no Johns are going to being arrested.

Yes there is a double standard, do we all know about, yes....can anything be done about it...probably not, so why get all upset about it.  Life is too short just want to enjoy and have some fun.  

Just hoping we can all put this matter behind us now.  But thanks for taking care of "railing" Doc AND very well said too I might add.

So what's up Doc?? (cartoon reference)

Your post makes an absurd point and contradicts the beliefs of most members of this community. You believe that LE should spend million$$$ and prosecute 1,000s of women and men for misdemeanors for using this agencies' services. Ridiculous. Most of the Janes and Johns are just average hobbyists, not high profile folks. The providers, phone operators, photographers, office workers and video participants are the ones who've been treated unfairly, not the hobbyists. You suggest that the way to remedy this is to prosecute everyone?? Equal unfairness?? That's CARAZY thinking! The consensus of this community has to this point been that the lower echelon associates of this enterprise shouldn't be prosecuted, just the top dogs. (scratching my head)

Damn - sounds like an extreme case of sour grapes. Kids quickly learn that the "it's not fair" argument seldom applies in life, yet thats what I read in this post.

Any provider crying that they didn't go after the Johns should thank their lucky stars - if they had gone after the Johns - the "gentlemen (cough), as you so rudely describe them - who would be paying your bills now?

The whole reason for posting this was to let any of the hobbyists on the list know that more info is included in this list than the first 2, so if they were lucky enough for their families to miss the first ones they are prepared in case they see this one. Just trying to help out, Im not pointing fingers at anybody..

While I agree with the spirit of Doc's post above, it's hard to cry foul when the operation's bank account was running through $250,000 per month.  That's a lot of back time and can buy a lot of influence. Also, the list contained names of prominent people, but many times hobbyist use those names to avoid detection.  Case in point, the list contained the name of "michael jackson."

A similar case in Los Angeles a few years ago, netted several entries for Mark Twain.  The girl (a russian immigrant), couldn't remember who he was and had no idea what he looked like.  Moreover, she had no clue he was a member of the "dead celebrity" club.  Other names on the list included Walter Disney, William Mister, and Paul Rue.

Since the statute of limitations is only a year, releasing names of people (real or otherwise) that sought out providers 2, 3+ years ago is ridiculous and, i agree, is really an attempt to embarrass and wreck the lives of those whose names appear on the list.

I see no reason to post the name and information of a hobbyist who is paralyzed and has no feeling in arms or legs.  

The list is also not complete as their most likely were instances where hobbyists were able to avoid being listed either through a referral or relationship with on of the providers.

My final rant is that the police chose not to prosecute because even if they proved the identify of the hobbyist and the date that he saw girl, there is no evidence that he paid for sex.  And the provider can't reasonably claim that she remembered (or documented) each and every visit.  Without evidence of what actually transpired in the room, it would be impossible to obtain proof beyond a reasonable doubt.  So releasing the list is the police and prosecutor's way of saying "F.U."
