..even though my first reply to the OP was in anticipation of a PM, the OP asked for more info here on the thread.  I regret NOT!  Now if anyone would like to add additional ladies that similarly qualify, of which I'm sure there are several in the Valley, it's called sharing information.

You call lots of stuff differently in LA. Been there, done that...as for Piper she's earned every 10 she's gotten. Out of my economic comfort level for now but well worth the price of admission if your so inclined.
