I know it's "legit" becuase I saw a reviewed provider post an ad somewhere that she would be there.

I was simply wondering... Is it a private home? A business building? An actual filming studio?

I stay away from incalls that are not private home, or where I know multiple providers work out of, due to the higher visibility and greater risk of being a surveilance target by LE.

well its in a buisness building..wouldnt go during the day, but at night its pretty dark.
