Thank you for expressing my same reservations. Given the current climate I have stayed off the boards and will only respond to PM's if they are from friends, known providers or agency folks, and hobbyists with several reviews. Otherwise, I ignore those folks I cannot verify. I don't need to provide any information to someone who may not be trustworthy.
Most clients do not write reviews (for privacy reasons)so it's not surprising that many posters have no reviews.
Wjshavingfun's questions are innocuous. I don't see why someone would mind responding if they are interested in the subject.
It's not as if he's asking the location of a particular incall, or asking for the phone number of a lady who is under the radar.
On the other hand, the idea that certain posters back-channel/pm others asking about graphic details has always troubled me.
I've heard that reviewers will get pm's from strangers asking if the lady did indeed do a deep-throat BBBJ or other such details.
If I got an email with that question, it would be immediately deleted. The same logic should apply to hobbyists receiving pm's--unless you are positive the guy is not LE.
I agree completely with Chrissy and the back channel thing. When we get emails with graphic questions, we immediately delete them with no response. Who's to say that LE isn't on here writing fake reviews in other cities in order to gain your trust?? I just spoke with a client today that had that same concern. I would be very, very careful with the back channeling thing if I were anyone (provider or hobbyist) at this point.
Most providers that i have known dont like backchanneling for a myriad of reasons. Personally they are the only reviews i trust, the ones here are written for public consumption and i treat them as such. I rarely even bother to write reviews here. its become an exercise in popularity rather than information
just because he doesn't have reviews doesn't mean he is a bad person. Actually, I've heard he is a really good person and a pleasure to be around!
It is likely these questions are innocent...but then again, these questions are similar to many by a frequent poster in San Diego that was identified as LE. Could actually be a survey to find out the best nights to stage stings...run "specials"......hopefully, this is not the case. Unfortunately, even if innocent, this kind of info is VERY valuable to LE.

WJS is a phenomenal human being. Really, the type we should all strive to be. I've met him professionally and I've been invited personally to spend time with him, which to this date, I've been unable to do but would in a heartbeat.
This guy is a class act and a caring, compassionate addition to both this community and the Phoenix community in general.

This raises an interesting question: What would you do, or what do you think would be best for someone else to do, if they had reason to believe that a TER member is LE or an informant? Air your suspicions immediately? Wait and see? Backchannel your friends (and what about the ones you don't like?)
Since most normal discussion on this board has screeched to a virtual halt, maybe this will spark some interaction!
Please search messages for my TER Discussion Board postings of the past year and a half and the postings that they might be responses to. I only use "wjshavingfun" as my username, NEVER an alias. I hope my past postings will indicate that I am in no way up to anything deceitful.
I choose not to post reviews because the time that the Ladies allow me to share with them is our time together. If the Ladies who I have had the pleasure of meeting decide to announce here that we have met, that will be their decision.
Actually, I have asked the previous questions of hobbyists, agencies and the independent providers because I would like to sponsor a gathering of this community sometime around the holidays, and I would like to know what might be the best time to get the most of us together.
Again, I am sorry for further breading mistrust within the group here.

I know him and I'm from San Diego/Orange Co., he has to be one of the nicest people I've gotten to know from TER, a very gracious, classy man, and I'd still like to come see you, I'm just afraid there isn't enough to keep me busy to justify coming over? Kristi from San Diego
I am pleased that someone has vouched for you, but you are in the minority. My question has always been that you seem to want to participate and presumably benefit from the reviews of others without responding in kind.
I also have several friends who have requested that I not post reviews of them and I honor their position. Several providers have asked for a honest review, or I felt a review might spark interest in another's decision to see them, and I have reviewed for that purpose. The ladies you have seen ALL require a public posting by them before you will take the time to review them?
Finally, I also have been challenged in the past by hobbyists in the past that without reviews, my inquiries were not going to be answered. Sharing information is quite a bit of what goes on here, and I feel uncomfortable in responding to threads of those who do not share that commitment.
