Test of the EDS

This has been a test of the Emergency Drama  System.
The providers and hobbyists in your area in voluntary cooperation with the PCC and the Village of Poon Valley have developed this system to keep you informed in the event of an actual drama. If this had been an actual drama you would have been instructed to go outside your house  drop your draws and slap your ass. That helps about as much as the drama does.

If this had been an actual drama ,the official noitice you just received would have been followed by official information, news, rumors,  lies, half truths, full truths, 3 completes truths in the pike position with a half twist and in-u-endos.
