Newbie's question about ratesad_smile

I am new here and not sure whether is it OK to post this question here. But I really need some advice...
 I met my first escort provider last night. It did not go as what I expected. In her email she told me the basic Full Service rate is $250/hour. ( I thought Full Service means...Full Service ) After arriving she said BASIC full service is a HJ without touching her. So I asked what other full services she has. She said "I could not tell you verbally. Give me $200 more and I will show you."
 Since it was really my first experience and I did not want to just stop there. So I payed $200 more and guess what? I was only allowed to touch her with the extra $200. And she told me another $300 could get more. But I was not interested any more and she ended up with doing the HJ for me.
 I wonder is that normal? When I browse providers' websites, I usually see $350/hour ( or flat rate ). Since I am so puzzled, I am really not sure what does that mean any more...Any advice is appreciated...

never ever let a flat rate turn into an upsell situation. If she said 250 was for a hj i would tell her ok, and ask her to leave.  go see one of the fine flat rate ladies who will not play around semantics.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad situation. I can guarantee that any one of those girls on the list he mentioned would never do that. None of us have built our reputation by doing that. I agree that you should review her so noone else would have to go through that. I am sorry again that you had to take one for the team. I like everyone on the list including myself. But if I were to suggest someone who could make you forget the bad time you had it would be Jordan Kay. I know from experience that she will take good care of you.

You got taken my man but it can happen to the best of us in the beginning.  Follow Moebius' advice and let the community know who this person is who claims to be a provider but seems to only provide shenanigans.   Stick with independents above along with Kandee, Lauren, Sierra, Taylor (who I can personally vouch for) or any of the other lovely ladies listed on Glen's Phoenix411 site.  Or if you prefer the agency route, TLC is your only choice.  Taylor, the owner, will take great care of you.  With all these above suggestions, a flat rate means a flat rate.  Best of luck.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger.  We were all Newbies at one time and I'll bet most of us have experienced something similar to your unfortunate encounter.  I sure did and it made me feel like crap.  But, I learned an important lesson.  There are a few simple rules to follow in order to enjoy more pleasurable hobby experiences.  Generally, the independents in most cities are more reliable and honest.  There are good agencies too, as there are in AZ, but you have to know who they are.  I guess the same could be said about Indies too.  The most important thing is to do your homework.  That's what these boards are for.  Check the reviews, make sure there is a sufficient number of them and that they are consistent.  

You will learn this as you go.  Don't give up because of one negative experience.  Hopefully it will be your last and you will move on to experience the kind of fun so many of us enjoy in this great hobby.

You are lucky to have so many great providers in AZ.  You cannot go wrong with the likes of Debbie, Chrissy, Sky and many more.  I'd pick out a good one, enjoy yourself and then report back again.  Good luck!

Her ad. is attached. Now I believe she is from an agency instead of being independent. Since she was available immediately when I called and definitely not the person in the picture.

Since most of the reliable providers here require refenrence, I was trying to find a way around...and failed...:-(

I think you will find the independents here to be great.  Although I have not seen a lot of girls the ones I have seen are great.  Good luck.  Also check out some of the private e mail lists in the valley.  Can be a great source of information.
