Unfortunately, anyone who browses with Internet Explorer and views "FLASH" designed web pages (MANY sites are flash coded) now has to click the site to "activate" it before they can do anything. This is required for every single page that flash exists on, and can become quite annoying in a hurry.
For now, Microsoft has a download that will let your browser function exactly as it did a few days ago before the update. You can download that patch at this link: (this is the windows XP version)
For now, this will fix the issue for most agency websites, phoenix411, etc...
fyi: I realize there is a javascript work around, but it doesn't interact smoothly with my site for some reason. It may work for other designers for now. /shrug
