Thanks for the compliment.  Yes, we will be doing video introductions for all the girls, new and current.  I've wanted to do it for some time now and I just finally got all my equipment.  You are exactly right - it is personal and you can learn a lot about a person in just a few seconds of video.  Look for more videos coming soon!!
