Not only is fellatio a matter of oral skils, but think of the physical conditioning these virtuosos-of-the-shaft have! We selfish receivers expect it to be delivered at any angle, on-demand, and for any duration. And we expect quality execution without a truly standard playing field.

With that said, I suggest that any overall competition must consider the following "basic events" (think of this as a gymanstics contest - you know, uneven bars, floor excersize, vault...):

Basic prone (non 69) - I would have to guess this competition may be the easiest to manage a complicated member, but that head bobbing must really work the upper/lower back muscles! Especially if the giver elects to use a technique involving two hands (and thus possibly loses their arms for support).

Advanced Prone (69) - this competition measures the giver's ability to concenetrate while, well, under fire. Easily distracted givers will need to practice for this event. The same complications as Basic Prone are present.

Kneeling - The head bobbing problems are replaced, though, with trying to match partner's differing physical heights. So, angle of attack can be complicated. Not to mention dealing with a receivers urge to grasp any pig-tails the giver may be wearing. LOL.

Finally, while a passenger in a 68VW beetle on a windy road....LOL. Having to coordinate any head bobbing (darn large steering wheel, and angle of attack with a knobby stick shift/jostling ride and a driver consantly gear shifting (i.e. moving the goal post side to side and back and forth), well, this HAS to be a talent unto-itself.
