I want to be a regular hobbyist but have no references. I am looking for advice on how to get started. I am not a pig, LE or smelly. I'm just a 3rd generation valley native professional who needs discretion. I am more than willing to share personal info, name, work, cell, almost anything. I am not looking to go "bargain basement" to get references. I would like to find a provider for a regular appointment if such a thing exists.

I've found Mya to be not only one of the best anywhere, but when you use her as a reference, she's lightening fast in returning calls -- even when she's out of town. The only problem is if you start with Mya, you may never want to go elsewhere. I've always had a bias toward agencies based on my experience elsewhere, but I've had nothing but great experiences because of Scott's professionalism at AZ Confidential. I've found him to be candid and honest in describing the girls and their practices. His attitude trickles down; all of the girls who answer the phone are patient and thoughtful.
Save her for later in your quest. You won't find better. You will never know just how great Mya is until you have other experiences. On the other hand, why look for gold when you can have a diamond mine.

Most of the agencies (on phoenix411) and some independents will let you do outcall (they come to you) without references if you provide them personal info for verification. Some providers do not ask for references but I would avoid them as a newbie (especially those advertising on craigslist) as many are scammers or upsellers. Good luck and have fun!
