Last minute cancellation without reason and no follow up provided when asked.  Very surprised given the reviews.

Let's have peace. 3 months is a long time to harass me. I emailed you with a apology 3 months ago. Please stop emailing me, please stop emailing my P411 and please stop using other providers to email me. I find your passive aggressive style boring and immature.
