Finally figured out how to use VPN, but looks like all the reviews are gone and couldn’t even search Phoenix reviews. So sad!!!

If a provider "moves"or relocates outside the U.S, then their reviews are readable. Most don't know how or even want to. Just the good ones.

A provider I recently visited asked me if her reviews were still available on TER.

She can " move or relocate" to a city outside the USA. ..then they magically are accessible after ter approves it.
