Thanks for all the input folks, both public, private and through PM.  Results are being tabulated as we speak and research shall begin in late January.  Results shall either be reported publicly or reviewed in the spring or fall (depending on depth of research) issue of the New England Journal of Medicine.  
 In the meantime, modprod, would you please review your notes and come up with the elusive name or names that you assure me are literally on the tip of your tongue.  I will be, as always, eternally grateful, and will give you footnote credit(if appropriate) in my published findings. .
