swung into action when a source told us about his arrival and we were able to spot Dingus around Fashion Square Mall....thus the outfit

Dingus always dresses to the nines ya know....

The word is he is here to attend a Birthday Bash but that could just be a rumor...will stay on the story....stay tuned
