Why not seek out the ladies who are HERE, well reviewed and NO DOUBT safe and fun? Maybe someone you saw a few years back is BETTER THAN EVER!

I guess the saying "one always wants what they can't have (easily)" stands true!

I was considering retiring.
I do not really want to but the economy makes it seem to be a wise thing to do.
Murphy's law says if I do though, I'd get more requests for my time than ever, so I may as well stay as is cuz this is like semi retirement anyway! lol.

why pay 300 for an hour when i can see someone less known for less money?
The going rate is between 150-200 for the majority of the craigs list ladies and just a little higher for backpage.

absolutely and you may or may not get what you pay for.

1 if the pictures look fake they are
2 if they dont have a long posting history (i use the internet archive myself) then ignore them
3 google the phone number
4 stick with the ones over 30 (younger ones are just a pain in the ass, im  serious as a heart attack)
5 dont have a ton of expectations. this isnt some kind of super fantasy situation just having a good time. If you want something wierd or unusual then craigs isnt for you.
6 locals only. if they are traveling or have an out of state area code ignore

the most important are 2,5 and 6 imo. most of the problems come from either expecting too much and getting a let down when the real world smacks em in the nuts; or simply not doing your homework.

for example if i dont see a posting history of at least six months with the same phone number, name, and consistent photos then i simply dont call them.

Obviously, you do know your stuff ("This aint your first rodeo", I like to say) and have your way of doing things and I wish you all the best!

I don't think that such posts are the hobbyist rejecting the "ladies here."
Men are so easily allured by the visual. Often it's a fantasy thing about THAT specific woman. That just how men are.
Unless I am misunderstanding your point, it sound like this is discouraging to you, almost like it seems personal in a way. We haven't met, but you have good reviews and very nice photos. I don't think the posts you are taking about take away from that at all.

You know what they say....when times get bad, people yearn for "the good old days". Perhaps that is true here as well.
