The lady has consistent 8/9/10 reviews.  You took the time to extract a critical comment from another board, when you don't even know if it was a fair comment.  The question is, why do you care?  Who made you the protector of the Phoenix board?  If you don't have something nice to say, stay off other provider's ads!

you can go back  and see where other providers have made comments about other ad where for 1 that I can think of recently was where a picture was not the same as on the web site.

then it was just a holiday greeting that you should have stayed off of.  Why did you feel the need to point out a negative post about her from another board if it wasn't an ad?  

And it's not trouble for trouble's sake to call out a provider who is using an alias to say negative things about other providers (the same way you instantly jump on anybody you believe is violating advertising rules...who made you Hall Monitor?)

Frankly, Ma'am, you should concentrate on making yourself look better and stay away from trying to regulate the posts of other providers.  You don't get better looking to potential clients by criticizing others.
