ive never partied in rocky point been there a few times but always behaved myself.
in general mexicos p4p scene is centered on the local bars. look for ones that cater to gringos in particular. since we have the money thats where the girls usually are.
have a drink and keep moving eventually you will find what your looking for.

ps be careful.
let the girl approach you, dont go to any strange hotels, and watch out for alleys. rocky point is pretty safe, mexico in general is not.

you can still have a very good time down south i know for a fact -grin- above all be alert and dont start any shit you cant personally finish up. no one offical will care if you end up washed up on the beach.

Go to the Pink Cadillac, dance with a few girls. you can get an american college chick to do alot during an overnight for 500-
