this is just a friendly reminder. The summer is upon is which means sweaty bodies and bacteria. Please please please make sure you are fresh and clean especially in this weather. When you arrive for incall, take a few quick moments to freshen up (take a shower, pop a listerine packet, wash your hands). This not only ensures a much better time with the girl and greater milage but it also protects the girls health which is something that is often overlooked. At the very very least wash your hands.
Ive had to cancel my appointments this week because of a bladder infection that was a direct cause of a clients dirty fingers. This is my 3rd bladder infection in two months. Each one a result of being with a client. I partly blame myself as I should have taken better precautions (ie peeing right after the sex). But a client can do his part too, by making sure to scrub his hands clean at the start of a session (a shower helps too especially for stinky crotches) And wash your hands if you go to the bathroom mid session! Also, it helps if you have a clean smelling mouth if you want to DATY (rinse with listerine...I have lots in my incall location, or pop a couple listerine packets...I carry these also for men to use). Foul smelling mouth = foul bacteria = unhappy vagina and urethra. Please please do this. Also if you finger a womans anus do NOT then finger her vagina and urinary opening (which sits right below the clit). The bacteria from the anus can be trasmitted to the vagina (leading to bacterial infections) and the bladder (UTIs). If you dont want to stop midsession to wash your hands, carry antibacterial wipes and have them handy. A quick wiping of the hands and you can continue the fun.
I hate to have to do this reminder but this aspect is often overlooked. We all know cleanlingness equals greater milage and a happier time but it also ensures that the womens health is protected. I dont have health insurance (yes, after this Im definately looking into it) and I am super paranoid it could get worse. Women are much more inclined in general to get urinary tract infections especially right after sex (as a result of our anatomy and uncleanlingness) and they are not fun.
I cant tell you how miserable I am right now and Im losing money in the process (not to mention the men Im dissapointing by canceling). If youve ever had a UTI then you know what Im talking about when I say PAINFUL! Thank god I have a doctor friend willing to prescribe me antibiotics. But still UTIs can lead to kidney infections and kidney failure if left untreated and many women dont have health insurance. (gotta love the USA) And I hate to sound like a mother at the start of each session "did you wash your hands?". But I guess Im going to have to do that. Its either that or not allow fingers on my vagina which I cant see doing. I like being fondled 
Or maybe break out the latex gloves? ick.
So please please use the bathroom to wash up, be clean. I (and other providers) will be so much happier for it. (yes Im using an alias because I dont want the world to know I have a nasty bladder infection)
