Computers have memories even after you delete whatever. Unless you wipe the hard drive clean (and that means all your files and software) those deleted items can be retrieved. As for paper work, buy a shredder. You can use it for all those bills you pay that have your account number that one may want to steal.
It is hunting season once again, and Nazi Joe is on the warpath. With at least two raids this week, documents, records, and people are being seized. Remember that part of the siezure is any records the companies kept on your reference checks as well as all credit cards and locations the girls visited.
I have always strongly urged all to REFUSE any reference checks, as well as pay only with dead Presidents. Either use a hotel (registered as John Doe) or their incall location and make sure that you leave no paper documentation that can be traced back to you. I know that I do not want to see my name in the Az Rag under those arrested for using a prostitute.
Play it safe and live free for another day!
i believe that references are a good thing but extensive records are a bad thing. i know some independent girls swear by keeping records dating back a few years either for safety or for calling when money is tight. Collecting and keeping information on your dates is not very discrete. i may be wrong and please tell me if i am but i think agencies tend to keep records more than independent girls mainly so they can keep track of what they are owed by the girls and visa versa plus and again i am not sure but i think its apart of the legal escort liscensing to keep call sheets with adress name and phone number info of all apointments.
yes credit cards are the records that cant be erased or denied..
yes you might be safer with an idependent because they are less likely to keep records and they are less of an easy target for a raid. think of it this way if an agency has 15 girls thats 15 oportunity for a bust plus agencies tend to send their girls on more calls in a day than and independent would want to take again more chances for a bust.
incall.. hmm personally i think they are yucky but more than anything i dont think they are safer.. incalls may be watched and running an incall is a bigger bust so a meatier and more inviting target for le.
more than anything to stay safe.. find a nice quality not quantity low volume independent that you like and stick with her.
fuck your wife be loyal to your escort.
I think I'm going into "semi-retirement" until things cool down... I just don't like the idea of a "pink jumpsuit" and some big, no-neck guy saying.."Hi Wayne, you're my new girlfriend"....dw
Here's how a typical reference request goes: "Have you meet John Smith and was he a nice guy? His email address is [email protected]. Thanks. "
A smart provider writes back with a brief, vague reply: "Yes, I did meet John last year in a social setting. He's really nice."
But I've seen some idiotic providers respond with detailed notes like: "Yes, I know John. We had a wild time at the Hyatt last year. He asked for a two hour session and we spend the whole time going at it, LOL. BTW, he tipped me an extra $100 --what a great guy."
Could any email be any more damaging if found on the computer by LE?
Whenever I get those kind of detailed notes, I shake my head and immediately delete them. But they may still be on the other lady's computer.
Since guys don't have control over what is written about them on the reference requests, I can understand why many would be reluctant to give out names of providers they have seen before.
Yet, provider references can be a huge help for ladies to protect against LE and bad/strange guys.
There's no easy solution...just shades of gray. In the end, each person must decide who he/she will trust.
There are certain providers and hobbyists out there with big mouths--I would never trust them with any email that might incriminate me or my clients.
I seldom use the computer to give info or to ans. Q my usual form is to write give me a call back.If I don't hear from you I don't persue it,
under the rules of evidence without an awful lot more.
inadmissable, do you really think LE cares? They are not looking to convict, but to harass and make headlines. The news never does followups or check conviction rates. By the time any of these cases make it to court, you will be old, and broke.
First off emails are admissible in court. Second refernces are a dangerous thing. I found out personally when I got busted for running a service.
Cops tend to run every little scrap of paper they can though the computers and if there is a number they will call it or trace it. My advice to a customer is dont give refernces at all.
To a provider I would tell you this if the heats on dont see anyone new period ...... it might hurt you financially but if your a smart provider you also have money tucked away for times like this. Also if i was a provider i would buy a metal trash can and some lighter fluid and keep it right there handy next to my paperwork so that I could burn anything and fast .
They are only admissable within a broader context. An email on a providers computer that might be used against her is not automatically admissable as proof the "john" has engaged in an unlawful act.

I had a question for those experienced. Lets say a friend of mine hasn't been in the hobby long and a few months ago he used a credit card with Desert Divas...it was required they said. Does this put him in serious jeaprody with law enforcement with records etc? The real question I had is why do they lic. escort service if it's illegal. My friend just went out for drinks and companionship. Do they really arrest anyone that has used a credit card with someone like Desert Divas? Thanks in advance
Use of a credit card is not proof of any illegal activity. However, it is proof that a "product or service" was purchased and the possibility exists that your friend would be a "person of interest". He could be questioned about the charge and asked to explain what transpired. If you see the thread above with "common sense"...its a good primer.
"Officer, that was months ago. I really dont remember anything at all....am I free to go"...
It's not illegal to use a credit card afterall....is it![]()
Sorry, that answer is not acceptable. You charged $300 at the same establisment three times and do not remember. You also called them seven times in the last four months. Their computer records show that they ran a reference check and you are friendly with other ladies of the evening. Please assume the position, and I will introduce you to Bubba, your new roommate.
Why do you think LE is stupid?????????????
I guess the real question that I had was, why is that illegal? Isn't it legal to pay someone to hang out with you or going on a date as long as there is no sex involved? Isn't that what a licensed escort is?
