I just got lambasted for an error in judgement that could have been avoided. From now on I will write a book with the questions I will ask,I.E. want me to keep this under my hat.I say to this person, if you didnt want anything said, coulda said keep this on the down low when you mailed me back. And maybe if it wasnt me could have been someone else with the keen eye! I will take
blame for not asking first. So guys and girls remember, the only stupid question or statement is the one you dont ask or say!

I did not quite understand the initial post either.  But I disagree with Mya's statement that one should never ask if the price includes FS.  Why not ask?  If the provider has reviews posted on TER, than the question should not be necessary.  But if the provider has no reviews, I believe that it is perfectly appropriate to ask if full service is provided before you turn over your hard-earned money to the gal.  Settling this matter beforehand eliminates disappointments, misunderstandings and arguments which might occur when the provider keeps asking for additional cash for this and that when the hobbyist expected it would be included in the $300-400 he already forked over.  I've always asked this question without incident, and if the provider refuses to answer it, I would simply say "thanks, but no thanks, I'll move on" rather than take a chance
