1.  Never use a dead drop more than once.  After one use it is burned.
2.  Describe the dead drop and where the signal mark will be.  A chalk mark will be placed when the note is placed in the dead drop.
3.  Run a surveillance detection route prior to going to the dead drop and leaving the note.
4.  The note will indicate the date and time and place of the meeting and challenge phrase.
5.  For example meet at the food court of the mall and I will have a bag of Panda Express and you will ask, "Is the Orange Chicken hot today?"

I don’t mean this in a rude or passive aggressive way at all.. but is everything ok? Are you speaking from experience or out of fear? Your posts are recent and have been worded strangely, sound a bit paranoid, or confusing like you’re speaking in word salad morse code.
