I wanted to thank you for having such a nice party last night. You did a great job in getting all together. You looked great as did all the ladies there. I enjoyed meeting some of the ladies that I have never met before as well as seeing those ladies whom I have met previously. Thanks again.

I couldn't make the Indy party due to Strep throat, but I'm looking forward to your November party.

She moved towards me. As I stood among the crowd, all eyes were on her. Those eyes. That smile. The curve of her body. And at that moment, when the room was full of people. When there were glasses being put up and down on the tables. Waitresses scurrying about. Groups of people having conversation. The room, for me, went quiet and everyone blurred out except for her. I could not hear anything of my surroundings. There was no noise in the room.  And that is when I heard it. My heart, actually skipped a beat. My face went flush. A smile grew over my face as wide as Canyon Lake.

As we neared each other in a way that can only be described as slowly floating towards each other, my heart began to race a bit. Honestly, I can’t remember if I shook her hand or just began a conversation. All I know is I was standing in the presence of one of the loveliest ladies I had ever met. I felt a sudden calm as I looked into her eyes. And the conversation took its own path. It was over too quickly. And I heard a glass hit the table again…

To all of the charming ladies that I met, thank you for your time. The above can describe each of my encounters and what I was experiencing last night. I wish I had both of my dancing shoes on, because there were many songs in my heart.

Mya, many hugs and kisses to you for the effort. Dinner or lunch is on me. You call the place. That, my dear, was an EXTREMELY nice event. You ever need help in doing another, I’m there. By the way, were there guys there?
