It's been a jack shack for a long time. It's not infrequent that they get poor unsuspecting guys to keep tipping and never end up with anything. Luckly I never fell for them when I was new to pooning in the valley.

I DID FALL FOR their money gouging tactics in late 2000.  Nothing to indicate they've changed strategies either!!
