A provider friend is moving to Phoenix soon and has asked me to see what area would be attractive to some of the mongers to visit.
She's thinking about the Desert Ridge area or perhaps into North Scottsdale.  
She wants good quality complex.

44th Street and McDowell NW Corner - Much better and some great amenities:

1.  24 hour vacuum at the $3 car wash!

2.  Homeless butler sorting through garbage draws attention away from secluded area where the magic can occur behind the dumpster.

3.  24 hour Chevron for gas which has available bathroom to clean up prior to session and refreshments after.  

4.  Lavish grounds essentially vacant all night, with window cleaning and ability to roam.  

5.  CVS conveniently across the street for those who forget party hats.
