But she has a beauty about her that I'm not sure I've ever seen in another lady in this business on either coast. There's something so genuine about her smile, it lights up her whole being and the fact that it was captured in photos is amazing. I bet she's even more radiant in person.

Chase is really beautiful, I think probably more so if possible than Kathy Ireland, and my old roomate in Santa Barbara dated Kathy Ireland when they were in High School up above Santa Barbara, he said she was the sweetest and really a knock out always, that's nice to hear I thought.

Chase is Definitely more Beautiful than Kathy Ireland.  I think Sports Illustrated would be proud to have Chase on the cover of their Swimsuit Edition.  I'd buy one.  An 11 on a scale of 1 - 10.

I just told her of the banter regarding her looks, and she said she thanks all you gentlemen (& Ladies Megan) for the compliment...Now if  she could just get her height and her money, that would be perfect, lol.
