that if the legal age of consent is 18 then no, it is not illegal for university professors and their students (if student is 18 or over) to have sex.  However; ethically, whatever school the professor works for more than likely has a clause that would prohibit them from having sex with their students.

The teacher above?   Oh well, she should have known there may be consequences to her actions.

So this high school teacher goes to prison for 5 years for having sex with her students. Understandable. But if you read further we find out that the 5 boys were all 18 years old. So she is going to prison not because she had sex with a minor but because she had sex with her high school students. So no sex between teacher and students period. Understandable. So how about university professors and students. Is this illegal?

While attending college - ASU - I had some fun with one of the coaches. He was not my direct coach/teacher but still we had to keep it quiet as he would have lost his job plus he was married.

I truly enjoyed it AND he did teach me a lot or rather he coached me to improve upon my skills. :)

Also, at our 10 year high school reunion a number of gals told of a teacher who once they graduated were asked out and dated one of our high school teachers. So obviously there is chemistry - and not talking about the class BUT it should wait until NOT in same school AND in college in my opinion.

We all know that during high school we were all just a bunch of horny things who didn't know right from wrong.

God I was a SLUT!!!!  however, not really attracted to my teachers.....

I will say though, when I very first got into this one of my clients was my high school principal.   I was shell shocked when I walked in, but lied to him, initially, about where I went to high school as I did not want to embarrass him.

However, he was an ASS during the appointment.  A total mysoginst (sp?) and so....   as I walked out the door, I called him by his REAL name (he had used an alias, and being new I was still pretty new to references), told him what year I graduated from HIS high school, what each of us students handed him that year as we traded for our diploma's,  and asked that he never call again.

The look on his face was priceless...
