Visiting from Chicago later in January, staying at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, what area would I be looking in while searching for a date?
Chiacgo we have NW burbs, north chicago south and far west.

I put this into MapQuest "Arizona Grand Resort and Spa, Phoenix AZ" and discovered you are staying south of Phoenix.

To your north is Tempe; Mesa, Chandler, Southern part of Scottsdale, airport area of Phoenix are all relatively near.

If you look at a map of Phoenix and the surrounding cities you see good access to many areas via limited access roadways.

Just don't try and go anywhere during the communting hours.

and it is NOT south of Phoenix but in south PART of Phoenix off I10 and Baseline. It is just west of Tempe.

So yes close to Scottsdale, airport, Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler

Only issue is that it is a favorite hotel of LE to use for stings. So hopefully the OP has great references and/or is willing to travel to a provider's incall.
