Consider making a list of what you need and want in an in call location.  After that you can decide on a general area where you want to start looking.

Typically people that are going to start a business scout where their competition is.
Having some frame of reference for a customer profile will help deciding location.

Also consider what you need to file taxes? That might influence the exact location?

you'll have to have your reviews linked to your handle first. The requirement is 3 reviews and you have 5 so it shouldn't be difficult to get approved. You'll find 1000s of helpful posts there :)

Some dont have license or pay taxes. We know that.
I do for a "business lic" for seattle not here .
Its been difficult to get approved. My taxes are for seattle business
