Governor moonbeam and the people who elected him are determined to turn California into the ultimate nanny state. Although there is the issue of "standing",  usually you must prove you have been harmed personally by someone's action, I have a feeling that one can find a judge or twenty in Cali that would be amenable to suing someone else just because you were offended.

Yea,  as I said , to have standing you, personally , must have harm (physically or financially) from the action of the defendant. Not that someone's action could possibly cause harm to the overall population. The STATE could possibly have standing.  HOWEVER,  the chance of judge shopping in California to bring a suit by an individual is not beyond the realm of possibility.
