A parcel of the Superstition Wilderness joins the metro area as part of our town. Deep in the back country the beautiful and adventurous Gina Marie  helped in the "official ceremony". With a lovely view from high up the canyon wall, in the shadow of ancient cliff dwellings, she provided a delicious lunch and some amazing annexation proceedings. The spirits of the inhabitants long passed, looked on and smiled.  Thanks to Gina,  great from the rugged wilderness to the urban canyons. Stay tuned for the next adventure.
PS: She did have the kindness to drag the mayor's sorry ass back to civilization, he was a little  wobbly!

for your recent interest in getting back to the gym with some regularity. Didn't know it was to get ready for some serious mountain climbing (and/or "climbing" of other sorts). Sounds like a fun time... good for you guys!!!!!  So when I go hiking next time, am I going to find "butt prints" in the sand??
