KGFE.NET has been my go-to agency for years. That is until recently. Yes, I know their response times had become slow, but starting 2 weeks ago, my texts have been ignored, completely ignored. I took the up on their 6 for 5 visits offer twice. First set of appointments went off without a hitch. But the 2nd set, 2 appointments perfect, but I still have 4 appointments left. Try as I might, they will not acknowledge my texts let alone set an appointment. Best I can tell is they have blocked me, for what reason(s) I'm clueless.

I'm steamed, disappointed, and out about $1650. Anyone else experiencing their cold shoulder? Was told early last month that they had been some problems and we're fixing them.  

Any ideas about how to contact them, go around the blocking, spread my dissatisfaction around, get KGFE to unblock me, etc?

Same issue here . Has been a problem for 8 weeks now got to use one of my pre pays but now don’t even get responses back . Worst business model ever

no offense, but it's a great business model for them......pre-paying in this arena??? Never.

Sorry but was kinda expected. Ne go for their pre paid or cash/crypto partnership. Once they have your money ots up to you to chase them. No thanks.

In other notes. Their visiting provider quality went down. It usually hit or miss with them but lately mostly miss. The booker immediately book you when you just inquiring. And trying to blame you with "last minute cancel" if that time doesn't work.

kgfe.net has definitely become unreliable. is there an alternative kgfe in the phoenix area?

Short answer: No.   Longer answer: I wish!

I don't mean to judge, but I would never "pay ahead".  But that is a "once burnt/twice shy" situation.  (i.e., did it once with an independent I'd been getting along very well with... or so I thought... and then she burnt all the bridges down... for a mere 400 bucks.)  

I have been out of the game for a while due to health issues.  Last time I went to KGFE was back in September.  But then out of the blue I went last week and saw Nora, was an amazing time.  It was a different apartment, but interaction with the booker was similar, although not quite as responsive.  I would not have guessed that there were serious issues.  Then yesterday morning I texted twice, and no response.  And the website seems not to have been updated for a few days.  Weird...
