If so, please look at my posts.  Yes, I have defended some providers but I have also brought up good points from the hobbiests' point of view.  And I have always done so in a lady-like fashion.  I felt I had done so respectfully from both sides.

To imply that a lady isn't getting any calls is totally wrong.  I had 5, yes, 5 that I had to turn down for today alone(and have the emails to prove it).  I hardly think mine, nor any ladys business is going to suffer based on what you have said.  As far as crap being put out(as you stated), well, if you call someone coming to another's defense putting out crap, well, I guess that means the board is controlled by a select few and if you don't agree with them, then you are attacked.  

The only thing I said that you could possibly have taken as such is when I mentioned that the Phoenix board has been full of shill posts for a very long time.  Most other boards are not like this one.  But then again, most of those who will disagree and flame me are the SAME guys, who are all part of the same group who do the shills for the same agencies.  

Luckily, my business is great and my clients are true gentlemen who would not dream of saying hurtful things to ladies on this board.  Look at how many people said I was right on about so many points I have brought up.  I just like fairness on all parts.  I have been told recently by countless ladies that it is because of the way they have been treated here that they no longer post.  But then guys wonder why more ladies don't contribute to the conversations.  Seems we can't win either way.  Sadly, some people have to hide under an alias for the mere fact of stating an honest opinion because they know they will be attacked.  

It seems like you only want us ladies to post if we post specials(which I have done),write suck-up posts(which I refuse to do) or post something like, "Oh, I just got out of the shower and who wants to see me play with my new sex toy."  If we post anything that shows any kind of intellect, we get slammed.  

So maybe it wasn't me you were referring to but since I am one of the first names that comes to mind here, I do take it personally.

Look back and you will see that the negative posts were done by just a few guys.  But being that most of them are part of the group, I guess that doesn't count.

If you were not referring to me, I humbly apologize but please understand it does look that way.

I have and will continue to choose to see providers who DO post on local boards, not because I feel that they are advertising (I know the game and see how it works),but more so because I sort of feel that I know them.

Ciara, I would not know you if I tripped over you tomorrow, but if introduced I think we would have at least some things in common from reading posts.

I have been in business in Phoenix for five successful years now -- more than many in this area -- and certainly have developed a very good reputation. I am honest, but I have never -- nor will I ever -- bad mouth anyone (agency or independent). So why the need to bash me or any other lady on this board who is sweet, gives great service, who is intelligent and caring? That's pretty low on your parts.

Neither of you have met me and obviously you're working for someone else who is attempting to destroy some good indies' careers in this area. Believe me, the majority of my business comes from regulars and out-of-towners, so it won't affect me. However, saying something bad about someone you don't know makes you look like an ignorant, calculating human being. We all know what you're doing here. As far as the post regarding the Yoga below, that was meant to go under this (Brook's) post.  Meaning: "Let's all have some tantra and have sex and release some of this tension." It should have made you laugh, albeit posted in the wrong area. Sorry.  That's why I stated below it was posted under the wrong area. There was no need to call me a ditz or even imply that I sounded like one. That's just silly and cruel. Gees! First you don't like us when we're intelligent and might have an opinion that differs from your opinion (even if we're nice about it). Then you don't even like us when we flirt with you. What's next?

I -- like many of us -- feel the need to dispute anything negative said about us on this board. But it's funny that's it's only coming from some narrow-minded people hiding behind aliases that don't even know me. Anyone who has ever met me would never post something like this. So, that brings me back to the question: Why are there so many negative people on this board lately and why the demeaning insults from a few that don't know us? Sounds fishy to me, eh ladies?

We all need to be professional. This Board is for information, chatting with friends and marketing. Don't try to sensor someone for having an opinion as long as it's not malicious (which TER is supposed to ban).

Can't we just all get along? Some of us are here to give you guys pleasure not bust your balls (although I guess it's needed at times).

Have you ever met Ciara?  If not, how do you know she's "starved for attention"?  If anyone is starved for attention, it appears to be you.   Oh wait, aren't you the person who "came across as ditzy" when you used your credit card at an agency and was frantically trying to get the charge removed from your printed statement?  Yeah, I think that was you.  So, I retract the statement about you being starved for attention.  You're probably getting plenty of attention from that "Oversight".

Ciara replied to a post by "British Brooke" about the appearance of frustrated people in Phoenix, and her post pointed to an example of the "negative nastiness" that has been on the board lately.  There is a 6 minute difference between the "negative nastiness" reply in question and this posts, so I'm sure she was feeling attacked, and her reply was, IMHO, right on point.  When someone calls you a "ditzy" or "came across as a ditzy" person, you would naturally take offense, as you probably did to my earlier statement.  To slander her with the "starved for attention" crack was completely uncalled for as Brooke's original post was pointing out.  Can you follow a thread?

I have know Ciara for a number of years and she is anything but "ditzy" or "coming across as a ditzy" person.  She is, as her web site states, a warm, playful, intelligent and charming Lady.  Please refrain from slandering people you don't know.

Guys, really, anyone who takes the time to chat on the boards, really make you feel welcome?  While I suspect that Ciara is great looking (I've not met the lady in person, but plan to) she is just plain nice.  And most of what I have to go on, are a couple of e-mails, chat on the boards and that is about it.  BUT what she does with those communications - is to make you feel comfortable.  

There are many providers out there, how many post on the boards?  how many seem to enjoy this hobby as much as guys do?  Which would you rather see, someone who is going to have a good time with you, or someone who is there because that is the only way they can make a living... I know which I choose.  

I've been criticized on both the political and the Gen. discussion boards.... usually by "experts."  When all is said and done, they usually are bullys, with not a lot to really say.  If you want to say that Ciara is a "ditz" go right ahead, but before you do, what are your qualifications?  level of education, income, service to the community?  

Anyhoo, while the philly board is quiet on most days, it is polite.  We tend to watch each others backs not poke knives in em.  Just one guys opinion.

Having read back to the roots of this fight, I could add that "honest" is only complimentary when other people use it in your behalf, not when it is used by you for yourself. It's really the best prelude to lying.  It definitely becomes preening when it is followed by a verbal punch in the nose.  

Periodically, these boards will turn antagonistic between clients and providers.  It does seem almost organized sometimes, but  I think it shows that many guys are just uneasy with hobbying, and in various guises and pretenses, take it out on the ladies.

Cynical, I know, but AZhacker's thread below put me in that mood.  A hobbyist board, huh?  This discussion board would be boring and worthless if it weren't for the ladies who post here.  I would check in every 6 months.  Let the ladies stop posting here and see how long it takes AZhacker to lose interest in it, too.

As for Ciara herself, there's nothing ditzy about her.  She didn't seek attention with that post, she's just still reeling from that totally off-target criticism, the way some guys here would be from being called gay.  That's how I would feel too, it was a statement purely meant to hurt, regardless of truth.

I've known Ciara from these boards for two years.  I've had a session with her.  She is among the classiest, most mature women I've met.  She's extremely playful and flirtatious, but extremely literate and articulate, too.  And physically and mentally she is very strong.  Calling her a ditz is like... calling Einstein an idiot.  You can't miss further than that.    

I haven't followed this board over this weekend, otherwise I would have written sooner.  Regardless of friendship, I just find meanness to the ladies in general to be contemptable, especially when given the prelude of truth or honesty.  What men take as routine conversation could really cut ladies to the quick.  That's not chauvinism to point that out; I take it as a bioligical fact.  

is at least worth knowing.  I read the "improperly placed post."  Calling someone ditzy for that seems kinda silly - as I interpreted the post as being in the correct place...  but then again - I like a varity of opinions so that I can make an informed decision.  Odd that!

Please, enough of this fighting!  It's takes so much of the fun out of our hobby.  I have read the thread all the way through and have an additional perspective on having the ladies post on "our male board."  Reviews, websites, Phoenix 411 are all resources for my decision making, but posts by our ladies reveal, over time, personality, humor, attitude, and approach to the profession that can influence my choice.  Several ladies whom I have seen many times have been taking some nasty hits lately.  Among them Ci Ci
and Roxanne. Knowing these wonderful ladies for years now, I find them both delightful people, and have reviewed them.  A typical generic review often refers to the lady as "intelligent."  But knowing these ladies and what they do in their other careers justifies that their jobs are challenging and require true intellect.  I read their posts regularly prior to making first contact.  For a mature gentleman like me the post coitus conversation is every bit as meaningful as our glorious, mutual enjoyment both of them regularly and consistently provide.  This is way beyond mere "pillow talk." Just a hypothesis, but I have missed prior regular posts from Manae.  Did she get driven from our board by the nastiness?  Name calling like "ditzy" or misrepresenting a response of five requests a day into seeing five clients a day is, to me, immature behavior, deceitful, and destructive to one of the uses I find invaluable on this board. Also, having seen you Brook I loved the initiative of this post, its intent, and the giggles over AJ's.  I shop there and will always be trying to figure out which 23 year old butcher provides you with pro boner meat.
