heading to PHX in a few weeks.   looking to line up dinner there,  what are the restrictions in PHX and/or Scottsdale regarding fine dining ?     thank you.

I think they can operate at 50% capacity, given the current "Moderate" spread level. They may close if the level rises to "Substantial". The Governor has been a bit of a ghost lately. He seems to think you should be able to do whatever you want and if people get sick it's their own fault.

I got a table at The Capital Grille in Phoenix without a reservation. That was several weeks ago. Demand might be a little higher now. More recently I've been to a couple of casual places and the crowds were very thin. No trouble getting in.
