Any provider recommendations for BLS and BBJ?

If you practice proper hygiene and maintenance, most providers will do this without even asking. I've received several compliments in this regard (yes I'm bragging again Mick, don't be a cunt about it LMAO) and several women have also mentioned to me that if it's not clean and smooth down there, then she ain't spending time there.

I don't know anything about you, but if you have a lot of trouble finding this experience, you might carefully consider the words of Jimmy Buffet.
