A wise member recently pointed out that LE has probably created both provider and hobbyist identities on this board.  Bottom line for BOTH the guys and the gals:  If it doesn't feel right, avoid it.  If it does feel right, verify it.  If you want it really bad, really watch out for it!

look at the stark, brief statement on the attached page.

1. The one and only reviewer of "Sindee" has never reviewed anyone else, and if you look at the review, none of the common hobbyist acronyms are used and there is actually correct punctuation throughout.

2. The $150 rate is less than half the going rate.  If you were LE bothering spend taxpayer money setting up a sting, would you dick around with the trickle that comes with charging the going rate or would you go for the volume (of hobbyists).

3. Despite the reviewer's claim that there are pictures on the website, there is only one generic facial picture and absolutely no descriptions of the providers despite the use of the term "we" throughout.  (No pictures of providers means a reduced possibility of entrapment defense - i.e., encouaging someone to do something that they would not otherwise be inclined to do.)

As a practical joke, I am tempted to call (from a pay-phone) and harass them with some baiting (such as, with questions like, "Gee, what does 'full service' mean?" and "What is a 'GFE'?")

Great to have more of you actually scrutinizing both the members and providers!  (I will accept--but not expect--apologies for the previous derision and namecalling.)

Is it just me, or does anybody else here find it a strange coincidence that yesterday a message was posted about "smelling pork" in the desertfoxxes web page, and then today we're told that the same agency was harrassed?  For those of you who are now engaging your brains, you'll start learning to ask questions and do research.  Google the phone numbers on the desertfoxxes web page.  You'll love what you see.  (One of the ads, when translated, says that RR&D Media is seeking young girls to do modeling.)  That leaves us with an interesting question:  If desertfoxxxes.com is a front, was the report of the "bust" legit information?  Anybody know who JoeGoGo is?  No reviews.  No prior posts.

p.s.  Amber Alert Update:  Cheri Coxx's website now says that she's in town still, but will be touring in Albuquerque...a city with so little action that you can't search for providers there on TER.  The whereabouts of the message thread, wherein she announced her "I'm New In Town--Oops, I'm Leaving Town" Special, is still unknown.

Do you really?  I know another provider who loves a man with brains.  I wonder if it's the same guy?  [grin]

We live in a world where it is very difficult to keep secrets, and if you are just a little bit technical (aka Geeky) you'll pick up on mistakes that people make.  It's all there, if you know where to look.

Let's face it.  The reality is that LE is here, and they're browsing around in our world.  I've been told by a high-ranking person at TER that they have learned to observe some trends.  Providers who appear to be desparate for $$ tend to break TER's rules, and the next thing you know, they're busted, as well.  For hobbyists, it's a little different.  There's the temptation to cut corners so you can be the first to see somebody new, or there's the promise of saving a few bucks (e.g. desertfoxxxes.com or craigslist).  Either way, the bottom line is that, if you compromise on safety, you'll be risking paying a very high price.

Be safe.  Be careful.  Have fun.
