I thought it would be nice that when a provider is newly entered in the database that there be a spot in her profile for FKA(Formerly known as). Thay way a provider cannot simply lose her bad reviews by changing her name. Fortunately, I've not been burned yet, but if your a hobbyist long enough, its bound to happen.    

   I know this will be difficult to monitor for a site like TER.
Just a starter thought - How about a TER assigned linkage number that must be obtained prior to any profile being posted in their database. I'm sure TER can figure out a procedure for applying for the initital setup. i.e Information that is not available to the general public (Drivers License etc.) The only person having the vitals would be TER, and it would not be available to the other providers, or hobbyists.

   I know this a little business like in nature, but hey this is a business.
