When it smells fishy, and looks TGTBT, my  limited experiences have always found exactly that--fishy, fraudulent and TGTBT.
Just an opinion, there are plenty of verry hott, well-reviewed women here and elsewhere, and they're in many shapes and sizes.    That's where I'd be looking to find a gem.  Be careful with those others.

Was flipping through BP to while away some time when I saw this ad with an uber-hot brunette named Brianna in it. Absolutely banging body and the sultry type of face I like but no results when I searched TER. When I googled the number I got another BP ad that used the same number but this time it was another uber-hot girl - a blonde named Sara. The ad's are written to sound legit but they use almost the same wording and it seems TGBTT so I haven't tried calling. I'd love to be proven wrong though 'cause both girls are SMOKING!
